we started the journey, wanting to make a change to someone’s life…. and ended it with our lives changed.

it was ten days of great learning experience – we fought our greatest fears of dogs, bugs and living conditions; awesome companions – we sang, danced, drank, played, laughed, cried; and most importantly, we took a break from work and enjoyed the simple things in life.”

Most of them walked to school barefooted or with a pair of wore off slippers passed down from their older sidlings. Small donation from The 48th Boys’ Brigade Singapore Company had make a great impact to their daily lives especially raining season where everywhere are muddy and little sharp edged rocks protruding out after the rain washed off the soild surface. 1.20 USD per pair and the design we chosen has proven to be most durable!
